About

All of our projects are led and managed by Ian Redfern. 

 

Ian is a 30 year business veteran and has held numerous senior executive roles for international organisations.

 

He specialises in fusing data, analytics, research and qualitative inputs to derive unique approaches to business growth and bottom-line improvements.

 

His consultant skills were tuned at Cisco Systems where he was responsible for the business strategy, go to market and value proposition co-development with over 1000 channel partners across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia.  In his 5 years in this role, Ian took the overall business from $1.8bn to $3.2bn, whilst keeping operating cost growth at under 5% per year.

 

Ian has privately consulted to technology, automotive, financial, pharmaceutical, healthcare and hospitality businesses since his departure from Cisco 5 years ago and his unique approach to delivering value has led to several personal and industry awards during his career.
